余天「傳奇五十」最終場12日在南港展覽館開唱，他以〈舞台〉向自己最後一場大型個唱揭幕，70歲的他唱了52年，大半輩子奉獻給歌壇，昨看滿場萬名觀眾相挺，他感性說：「你們今天來聽演唱會，就是我最大的鼓勵。」

他與郭金發、劉福助、劉朗、翁清溪及倪敏然結拜為兄弟，上月８日他在高雄開唱，當天郭金發在表演中昏倒逝世，余天在台上得知消息泣不成聲，隔天立刻與老婆李亞萍到郭靈堂前見老友最後一面；６兄弟僅剩他與劉福助健在，昨２人昨合唱〈思慕的人〉，緬懷兄弟情。
